It is official- we bought the t-shirts!

If you haven't already heard, Chris was accepted as a transfer student to OU law.


OU has a great law school and we are very excited about moving to Norman!


We got in touch with a realtor, found our new house and wrote a contract on it in just two days. Thank you to everyone for their thoughts and prayers- this was a huge decision, and we knew that God would provide for us and that everything would fall into place, and so far it has.

Our new home... It is about 2 miles away from the stadium!


















































































































Please continue to pray for us as we start the process of moving, as Chris starts school, and Tif looks for a new job.

Rodeo!

One highlight of every summer is the White Deer Rodeo; not that we care that much for the rodeo, but that we get to spend time with our family living in Kansas! They have made it a habit to come down every year. We had a blast this year, and it was great to see everyone!

New Mexico

For our mini vacation this year we decided to head over to Albuquerque to visit Brandon and help him out around his new house. Here are a few pictures from our trip.

St. Francis Cathedral. It was build by French archbishop Jean-Baptiste Lamy in 1869.

















The oldest church in America... San Miguel chapel built in 1680 and was rebuilt in 1710.

Escalera Famos-The staircase seems to stand with no support. The legend is that a carpenter appeared and built this staircase in the chapel and left without even waiting for payment for his services.

Fourth of July

This year for the Fourth, we continued our annual ritual of getting up early for the pancake breakfast with Richard and Gloria...

It was a little hot, but we still had to make our way around the square in search of ribbon fries!

After the parade, we headed back to White Deer, where we started off the night with a cookout. Robin, Nik and the girls came from Amarillo, Richard and Gloria drove in from Canyon, and of course Lynda, Stef, Nanny and Papaw, and Papaw Campbell came over! Allison, Brad's girlfriend came over too!

Of course we had to break out the Mexican Train!

When the sunset we made our way to the fireworks show. Me, Abby, Teresa, Gloria, and Richard watch the sky as Maddison and Stef show off their sparklers in the background.

Here are some picures of the show...it really is amazing what our little town pulled off.

It is a totally different experience to light them yourself instead of being hundereds of yards away...it is safer though!
