What I have been up to...

I know that it doesn't look like a lot, but Eli's year scrapbook has taken me FOREVER!
Don't get me wrong I love working in Photoshop and creating scrapbook pages, but I have seriously been working on this since the end of December. I am sure that my hubby will be thrilled that it is so close to completion. Really the only time I have to work on it is after Eli is in bed for the night, so I am sure he will love having my attention again!

Back cover...

Did you see the quote from God on the back cover? Chris came up with that. I think it is hilarious!
We are going to write letters to Eli to include in the book and then it is finished! Hooray!
I thought that it was going to be a piece of cake since I had about a fourth of the pages done because I have done a page every month since he was 6 months. Apparently, I wasn't using the right measurements and had to re-do them. I don't care though...I would spend another month on this if I had to. I am really glad that I don't though.
Can't wait to get it printed!
I want to say a quick thanks to Chris. He is so wonderful about taking pictures for me when I say "jump". I am not a very easy mom to work with either. I know what I want in a picture and I am not afraid to tell him about it. It is funny though because many times what he does turns out better than anything that I could have come up with. Thank you, Chris for using your talent to capture our son's first year and for putting up with the demands of his mamma. I know that Eli will be thankful to you when he is older. Love you!

What a fantastic work of art, Tif!! I seriously wish you and I had tapped into our similarities back in school. Scrapbooking, photoshop, higher ed, KIDS...WOW!

Seriously, Eli's book is awesome. I hope to be so diligent once our little girl arrives. Channel some of your creative juices this way!
